Dear Valued Clients,

It has been brought to our attention that a fraudulent company has been using our name to make reoccurring charges to bank accounts. Ponder Veterinary Hospital does not and never will have any reoccurring charges. If you notice this in your bank statement, please contact your bank. Our credit card machines have not been compromised in anyway, this is simply a fraudulent company posing as us. We apologize for any stress this may cause as we are working hard to resolve this issue. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Thank you,
