Microchipping is a simple procedure that can help return your pet to you in the event that he or she is lost.  A small chip about the size of a grain of rice is placed under your pet's skin by a simple injection.  Animal control officers, local police departments, shelters and veterinary hospitals are equipped with scanners to read a number assigned specifically to your pet.  This number will be used to retrieve the necessary contact information to return your pet home!  We strongly recommend that all of our patients be microchipped.  We are now able to offer this service at a much lower price than it was previously available.  For $18.18 we will microchip your pet and register your information online for you. There are no additional charges for registration, and you can update your contact information online at anytime.
